摘要:

面向国家发展战略与需求,深入分析操作系统学科特点及我国高校现有人才培养现状与面临的问题,提出多维度的操作系统创新型人才培养新能力目标,并围绕该目标提出以开源社区为基础、以实践创新为牵引、以岗位能力为导向的开源共创、赛训融合、产学研用相结合的自主操作系统创新型人才培养模式,从openKylin等开源社区参与、校内外线上线下课程建设、实训与竞赛相结合以及校企协作方面,介绍人才培养实践,最后说明成效。

Abstract:

Operating system is the core foundational software in computer systems,closely related to national security and the long-term development of information technology.Facing the national development strategy and requirements,firstly,we deeply analyze the characteristics of operating system,as well as current situation and key issues of talent cultivation and training in Chinese universities.Then we propose a novel multi-dimensional capability goal model for innovative talent cultivation and training for operating systems.Aiming at this goal model,we propose an innovative talent cultivation model for autonomous operating systems,which is based on the open-source community,driven by practical innovation,and oriented toward job competencies.This model integrates open-source co-creation,competition-training fusion,and the combination of industry,academia,research,and application.Then,from the perspective of UbuntuKylin and openKylin open source communities participation,online and offline course development both on and off campus,the integration of practical training and competitions,as well as school-enterprise collaboration,we summarize the practice based on this innovative talent cultivation and training mode and illustrate its effectiveness.
