针对程序设计课程与企业需求脱节、产教融合表面化等问题,分析传统程序课程体系技术滞后、工程实践缺失、评价机制单一等不足,提出基于逆向设计法的“基础层、应用层、拓展层”三层次课程重构模型,具体阐述如何通过校企共建真实项目库、双师协同授课及工程化考核机制,有效提升学生的代码规范性与岗位适配率,为破解产教“两张皮”难题提供实践路径。
Abstract:To address the issues of disconnection between programming courses and corporate needs, as well as the superficial integration of industry and education, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional programming curriculum system, such as technological obsolescence, lack of engineering practice, and a single evaluation mechanism. It proposes a three-tier curriculum restructuring model based on reverse design, focusing on “foundation—application—expansion”. The paper details how to effectively enhance students' code standardization and job adaptability through the joint construction of real project libraries by schools and enterprises, dual-teacher collaborative teaching, and an engineering assessment mechanism. This approach provides a practical solution to the challenge of the disconnect between industry and education.
