针对数据挖掘课程教学方法单一、实验项目过时及评估体系不完善等问题,提出基于大模型辅助的教学改革方案,具体内容包括如何利用商用大模型,以及通过构建课程知识库与问答系统,创新教学方法,融入竞赛与企业项目内容,并完善综合评价体系,实现教学优化,将大语言模型技术融入教学全过程。通过实践成效说明,该模式显著提升了学生课程成绩、实践能力和竞赛表现,为数据科学人才培养提供了新思路及实践路径。
Abstract:In response to the problems of single teaching methods, outdated experimental projects, and imperfect evaluation systems in data mining courses, a teaching reform plan assisted by large models is proposed.The specific measures include how to utilize commercial large models, innovate teaching methods by constructing a course knowledge base and a question-answering system, integrate the content of competitions and enterprise projects, and improve the comprehensive evaluation system to achieve teaching optimization. The large language model technology is integrated into the entire teaching process. Practice shows that this model significantly improves students' course performance, practical abilities, and competition performance, providing new ideas and practical paths for the cultivation of data science talents..
