基于大语言模型的C语言程序设计课程教学改革

摘要:

针对C语言程序设计课程教学中存在的个性化支持不足、课程与实际编码紧密结合困难等问题,分析传统教学模式的局限性,提出基于大语言模型辅助教学的“AI+教师”双轨制教学模式,融合生成式AI与教师教学的优势,依托AI助教实现课程内容的智能生成与推送、学生提问的即时响应与个性化辅导。通过线上线下融合教学,面向不同程序设计能力的学生提供差异化支持,促进学生批判性思维与创新能力的培养。教学实践结果表明,采用该模式的教学班在课程成绩、编程能力、课程目标达成度等方面均明显优于传统教学班,同时学生的学习积极性也显著提升,对知识的掌握也更加深入。

Abstract:

Addressing persistent challenges in the C language programming course, such as insufficient personalized support and the difficulty of closely integrating curriculum with practical coding, this paper analyzes the limitations of traditional pedagogical models. We propose an "AI + teacher" dual-track educational model based on large language model(LLM) assisted instruction, which integrates the advantages of generative AI with those of human teachers. By leveraging an AI teaching assistant(AI TA), this model facilitates the intelligent generation and delivery of course content, as well as provides real-time responses and personalized tutoring for student inquiries. Through a blended online and offline teaching approach, it offers differentiated support for students with varying levels of programming proficiency, thereby fostering their critical thinking and innovative skills. The results of our pedagogical practice indicate that the experimental class adopting this model significantly outperformed the traditional class in terms of course grades, programming ability, and the achievement of learning objectives. Furthermore, a remarkable enhancement in students' learning motivation and a more profound mastery of knowledge were observed.
