文章对"大学计算机基础"课程中教师与学生关系的现状进行了调查与分析,提出和谐的师生关系应该是一种民主、平等的互相尊重,互相促进并共同发展的关系。构建和谐的师生关系有利于学生学习兴趣的培养,有利于调动学生学习的主动性。和谐的师生关系以人本主义理论为基础,在这个理论背景下,文章提出构建和谐师生关系的途径和措施。

Basic College Computer is a required common basic course in vocational colleges.Based on the surveys and analysis on the contemporary state of the relationships between the instructors and students,it's proposed that harmonious teacher-students relationship should be a relationship of democracy,equality,mutual-respect,encouragement and joint progress.Establishing a harmonious teacher-students relationship implies tremendous educational potential that is beneficial to the nurturing of the students' learning interests and the activating of their intuitiveness and thinking.The harmonious teacher-students relationship takes humanism as the base and recommends some approaches and measures to establish the harmonious teacher-students relationship.
