针对省级示范性软件学院软件工程专业人才培养的目标及办学模式,提出了"2+1+0.5+0.5"培养方案,阐述如何构建符合产业需求的理论教学体系、实践教学体系、产学合作机制以及多元化的师资队伍;对省级示范性软件学院人才培养模式的成功经验进行总结,并对存在的问题进行探讨。
Abstract：Based on the running pattern and talent training goal of software engineering specialty of provincial exemplary software college,a "2+1+0.5+0.5" training scheme is proposed,and a theoretical and practical teaching system which adapts the requirements of software industry is established,and a mechanism combining learning and production is formed,and a diversified teaching faculty is constructed.Finally,we describe the successful experience of talent training mode,and discuss the existing problems.
