针对传统数据库技术课程存在教学内容滞后于企业技术迭代、实训场景与真实工作环境脱节、评价体系忽视对职业素养的培养的“三重脱节”现象,提出以SGAVE项目“行动导向”教学理念为指引的“项目驱动—场景模拟—过程评价”三维课程体系,将德国“行动导向”职业教育理念与本土教育相融合,形成“六步教学法+餐垫式研讨+多元评价”的创新教学模式,通过重构课程目标、优化整合教学内容、创新教学方法及改革教学评价方式,开展基于SGAVE项目的数据库技术课程教学改革实践。改革后,学生成绩显著提升,职业素养大幅增强,为职业教育数字化转型提供了实践范例。
Abstract:Aiming at the "three disconnections" in the traditional "database technology" course, namely teaching content lagging behind enterprise technological iteration, training scenarios being disconnected from real working environments, and evaluation systems ignoring the cultivation of professional literacy, this paper proposes a three-dimensional curriculum system of "project-driven-scenario simulation-process evaluation" guided by the action-oriented teaching concept of the SGAVE project. It integrates the action-oriented principles of German vocational education with local education, forming an innovative teaching model of "six-step teaching method + placemat discussion + multi-evaluation". Through reconstructing curriculum objectives, optimizing and integrating teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and reforming teaching evaluation methods, the teaching reform practice of the "database technology" course based on the SGAVE project is carried out. After the reform, students' academic performance has significantly improved and their professional literacy has been greatly enhanced, providing a practical example for the digital transformation of vocational education.
