为了提高计算机专业学生本科生人才培养质量，提出基于学科竞赛的计算机专业学生贯通式培养模式，介绍课程建设方案，具体阐述如何结合学科竞赛及产业需求构建科学合理的人才培养体系，如何打造从入学到学习实践、就业创业升学的贯通式培养模式，并说明该培养模式的实施成效。
Abstract：Improving the quality of undergraduate talent development in computer science is a critical challenge for higher education. This study proposes a seamless education and training model for computer science undergraduates based on discipline competitions. The model provides a structured curriculum plan and demonstrates how discipline competitions can be integrated with industry demands to establish a scientific talent training system. A comprehensive pathway is outlined, spanning academic study, practical training, and further studies. The implementation outcomes of the model are analyzed, demonstrating its effectiveness in enhancing student learning, supporting career development, and facilitating further studies.
