This article analyzes the prominent existing problems of building digital resources in colleges at present,exploring the necessity and of making these ones based on clouds computing.Then it introduces the main technology of the computing,and deeply expatiates building digital resources based on clouds computing from two aspects of platform and resources themselves.Finally,the paper makes a summary of the big problems of the way to construct these things.It will greatly help colleges to build digital resources based on clouds computing.
