针对人工智能专业人才培养中教育链与产业链的供需错位问题，分析人工智能专业协同育人的现实动因和关键掣肘，提出双链深度协同的实践路径，从目标对接、内容重构、机制创新、评价改革4方面介绍具体实践，最后说明协同育人成效。

To address the mismatch between the supply and demand of the educational chain and the industrial chain in the cultivation of AI professionals,this study analyzes the practical motivations and key constraints of collaborative education in AI disciplines.It proposes a practical path for deep synergy between the two chains,detailing specific practices across four areas:goal alignment,content restructuring,mechanism innovation,and evaluation reform.Finally,the effectiveness of collaborative education is demonstrated.
