专业人才培养方案是实施专业人才培养的整体蓝图,是专业建设的核心,是构建专业课程体系的依据。本文以高职软件技术专业为例,在研究与实践的基础上,从微观操作层面,阐述构建一个以职业分析为基础、典型工作任务为主导、理论实践相结合,以培养学生综合职业能力、创新能力、职业竞争力为核心,关注学生可持续性发展的可实施的人才培养方案的构建过程,并指出该构建过程中的关键点及应注意的问题。

Cultivating scheme is a blueprint for the implementation of professional cultivation.And it is a core for constructing a system based on professional courses.In this paper,Computer Software Technology professionals as an example,from the operation level,discusses how to constructing a cultivating scheme based on an analysis of a typical task-oriented,combining theory and practice to enhance students vocational ability,creative ability,professional competition,sustainable development.In the same time,the paper point outs the key points and should pay attention to the constructing course.
