针对当前计算机专业应用型人才培养中存在的重知识轻人格、重技能轻通识,学生知识结构和专业技能单一的问题,结合钱学森之问,在分析当前社会所需人才综合素质模型的基础上,提出在计算机专业本科教育中贯彻"理工文管艺体"兼收并蓄的观点。

Against the current issues in education for application-oriented professionals in computer major such as focusing on knowledge and ignoring personality,focusing on techniques and ignoring general knowledge,and training students with just unitary knowledge structure and professional skills,combining with the Qian's Questions,the paper proposes the views of implementing the educational principle to learn and include elements from science,engineering,arts,management,and physical training majors in undergraduate programs for computer major based on analyzing the comprehensive quality model for currently needed professionals in society.
