针对数据结构课程教学中普遍存在的理论与实践脱节、学生工程实践能力薄弱等问题，提出“一本二基四梁八柱”的混合式教学模式，探讨如何以学生实践能力培养为核心目标（一本），依托超星学习通和头歌实践教学平台（二基），通过项目化教学、翻转课堂、以赛促教及多元评价四大策略（四梁），以8个实践项目（八柱）为载体，进行“学做一体”的混合式教学，最后通过3轮教学实践与对比实验，说明教学效果。

In response to prevalent issues in Data Structures courses, such as the disconnection between theory and practice and students' inadequate engineering practical abilities, this paper proposes a blended teaching model structured around "one core, dual foundations, four pillars, and eight pillars." This approach emphasizes the cultivation of students' practical abilities as the core objective(one core), leverages the dual foundational support of the Super Star Learning Platform and the EchoJoy Practical Teaching Platform(dual foundations), and implements four key strategies—project-based learning, flipped classroom, competition-driven teaching, and multidimensional assessment(four pillars). These strategies are operationalized through eight practical projects(eight pillars) to facilitate an integrated "learning-by-doing" blended teaching environment. The effectiveness of this model is demonstrated through three rounds of teaching and comparative experiments.
